Question by Xtopher: What is the difference between “for rent”, “for lease”, and “pre-lease”???

Well, Rent is a month to month form of paying. Leasing is when you sign a contarct for longer period of time. Like 3months,6months or longer. If you lease, then you’re stuck in that contract for as long as the contract describes. Pre-lease means that you lease it before you will move in(whice most times comes with a clause so that you can break your lease without having to pay more. Hope this was helpful
