Is there such a person as an “international real estate agent”???
I want to move internationally but i do not know how to find a good house…..??
How would i find a good house by myself??

I want to move to Beerwah,Queensland,Australia!

I know i could look on internet site about the houses,but i do not know if they are reliable or if there are things wrong with the house ,that the seller is not telling on the site??

since you wish to move to a nation with tort law, you are in good
shape. [tort law protects consumers from businesses or other
people who purposefully or accidentally harm others in business.]

there are many real estate firms there. ASK if they have
a “buyer’s agency contract.”

you can even ask a lawyer/counselor if Australia
has buyer’s agency. The US does and it helps buyers.tremendously.
