In Ga every street you go down you see ” for sale ” and ” for rent ” signs . New homes right next to our neighborhood ( $ 700,000 ) have been sitting for a year and now they come with a minivan ( still not selling ) , down the road another set of homes just built will buy your home and put it against the price of the new one . Construction and lanscapers are going out of business at a fast rate . Do you see the same where you are ?
Nick , that happened to us many years ago and we had called our attorney and lived in the house for a year free ( minus the fees . ) Don’t move to quick …you may have some time there yet . Good luck .

No. Western Colorado has slowed down, but real estate still selling. Very few foreclosures.
