When you are kinda looking at comparables and such.” “So I wanted to kinda shed some light on it because it is a good tool to use, however it’s not the best way to look at it. The big thing when using a price per square foot is you have to look at more details of the home than what… just looking at a straight number.” “For example, if you have two homes one is basically let’s say original home, original condition but in super good condition. They really maintained it. And they have another home, same square footage, same location or same community anyways and it has not been maintained like this first one. But two, it’s in original condition. Now if you took this two homes you did a price per square foot on them, it could completely different.” “So the problem with that, is that you end up having two out of wack numbers and granted they are two different types of product.
