Question by Taneal B: Any thoughts/comments on Ron Legrand courses/seminars?
I was wondering if anyone has attended one of Ron Legrand’s real estate live training seminars/courses? I’m specifically asking about the course “5 Day Quick Turn Real Estate School”? I’m usually weary about these kinds of courses, it does cost a couple of thousand dollars, but even on the low end of a return, I should be able to get this back. Plus they offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

If not this one, does anyone have any suggestions for better courses?

I went to one where it was one day for $ 60.00, I plan to take his commercial real estate investing course. I work closely with some people who work closely with Legrand, they were the people who got me the one day course for 60.00. The only thing I can say is that you know at least that he is legit meaning this is not some company marketing someone elses stuff, it is all things that he uses or has used & works. I think it would definitely be worth it. Take action.

Question by just me: Realtors plese read!?
I’m doing the online course “real estate fundamentals” after that i will have to pass an exam at the state office, do you know what kind of questions there will be? are they any similar to the fundamentals or something tottaly different? I’m in washington

My experience has been that the State licensing questions are much harder than the classroom questions.

In Florida, they tend to be story questions about ethics, and the multiple answers are all possibilities, but they want “the best answer.” Very tricky.

As it should be. It should not be easy to enter a professional where people trust you with such an important transaction

I would suggest you pick up a Dearborn publishing house book to study for your State exam. They have much more real life example questions. You’ll be shocked at the difference.

I found this information on this Real Estate Buying course, that sounds interesting, but I’m trying to find out if anybody else has heard of it!

Anyone who has watched TV after midnight has heard of Carlton Sheets. He is a big infomercial guy and has been hawking his real estate course for over ten years. There is a sucker born every minute!
