Does anybody know the song thats used in the selling LA commercial where they say that its “red carpet real estate” and “every agent swims with the sharks”? The last 4-5 seconds has a song playing, i dont know what it is but it sounds like a girls voice maybe?? does anybody know it?

Answer by satarnag Agent works for a broker and has less requirements to get licensed. A broker can do anything real estate related, including loans in California and commercial real estate. As to which is better, it depends on you and what you like.

Does it mean a concrete pad has already been installed? Or does the P in PAD stand for Pennsylvania, as in some kind of state loan or tax-abatement assistance?

Question by jerry l: Can a real estate company put up for sale signs on leased commercial land?
I work for a corporation that leases part of the land where our store is. The guy that owns the land wants to sell it and is basically trying to force us to buy it. He has went through a local realty company and they are putting up for sale “real estate only” signs. I am thinking about going out and taking them down because it takes away from out business. It could also lead people to believe that we are going out of business. To sum it up… We are a corporation, this is commercial property and the lease won’t be up for about a year. Any advice?

Answer by spnkitman There is nothing you can do if you don’t own the property other than check your lease and see if there are any provisions that allow you to control the signage on your leased property.
You can always put up signs letting people know you are open for business..
