Im looking to invest in real estate in florida, i know there are alot of good deals right now, but not sure which area will recover the best \ quickest…..thanx for your opinions!!.

Fla is one of the hardest hit states in the nation….Now is a great time to buy—but God only knows with the flood of foreclosures and short sales when and if recovery will take place….If we could see the future for fact on this–we would be millionaires.

I mean like what is a referral agent’s job. How do they transfer the prospective buyer to a full-time agent?

licensed real estate agents pay about 1/4 of their commission to agents who refer them clients. essentially they are buying business.

so if agent A lives in Ilinois and refers a buyer moving to Florida to an agent in Florida, the Florida agent will pay Illinois agent 1/4 of his commission he earns when the buyer closes on a home in Florida. This is a nice thank you gift for sending business their way.
