1. It’s a detached single residential house.
2. 2 bedroom, 2 bath
3. Located in a middle class region (not up-scale, not a low-scale either.)
4. Built in 70s.
5. Normal location. (Not so good, not so bad, either)
6. 2 parking spaces.
7. 800 sq ft. (building) 3000 sq ft. (lot)
8. It’s in Los Angeles area.

I depends on the neighborhood, the condition, the kitchen, whether it has been updated, the yard and landscaping, what the other similar houses on the street have sold for in the past year. I would guess it is between $ 350,000 and $ 500,000 but without knowing if it is nice or a dump, fixed up or run down, and if the neighborhood is desirable I can’t be more accurate than that.

I have soso credit, I want a house too. I figure “Rent to Own” would help me out. On Craigslist.org, I found an advertisement about “Rent to Own” in my area. Larry Harris, the Wholesaler/ Investor texted me a listing of homes, I picked one and he gave me a tour of the house inside and out. The house has potential. He told me it’ll take 2 months to fix, my rent could be 650 monthly but I have to put down $ 6K first. I know alot of businesses that are legit and ask for money down first but is that how it works. Is he suppose to licensed for this kind of thing? After talking to my cousin who’s an IRS employee, she thinks he’s a fake, she said according to her research, he’s not licensed. Larrt told me he (they) are investors not agents. Investors aren’t licensed agents, the construction lender requires verification of this prior to he & I closing on aquisition…. whatever that means! I really want this house but I worked DAMN hard to save up that kind of money. I’m a 27yr. old single mother to a fatherless 6yr. old boy and I’m trying to move and do the right thing for my son, and that’s having a house, like I always dreamed of.
Before I had a business license to do what I do, I was legit, so I’m trying not to be harsh. I know Craigslist.org has a reputation but I’m really hoping that it doesn’t spoil everything. There are many innocent people looking to do, sell, buy, search for things on Craigslist.org, even I posted things on that website and I’m no scam-artist!

Trust me, its a scam. If its not available for you to take right away, then run away.. run far far away. Trust me, these rent to own sounds good, but you are better off by seeing if you qualify for an FHA loan, to buy a house with. Honestly, he is trying to get your money. Why is he listing/showing it when it its not rentable/showable quality? That is the first thing you look for.
Keep hunting somewhere else.

A. Excellent! He has built this world perfectly & any time anyone asks Him to “fix” something it gets done!
B. Good, but room for improvement. He obviously has had some “design flaws” and lack of planning here, and does not answer many of my calls to “fix things,” but at least he has left tools hidden around here, so that if I can figure out how to use them myself (no instructions here but that damn book of His, which is usually more trouble than help!) .. I can rig things to work, at least temporarily.
C. Poor. If I did not have it on such good authority that He had clear title, I would wonder if He really owned this world! No matter how many times we call, he almost NEVER helps in any concrete way – and His real estate “agents” are not much better. Constant battles everywhere about Title, with other gods who claim the same thing as He does, not much good gets done unless I do it myself.
D. Deadbeat Landlord. No more rent from me, I am taking over this property myself!

Whatever the employer and employee agree on. This isn’t the Soviet Union, we don’t micromanage the wages and salaries people receive through policy because we think we know what they should be paid.

“Born in 1943, during one of the biggest battles in history, I was the first and only child of Maria and Vincenzo Emanuele. I was born in a small city called Trieste in northern Italy, where the majority of people work at architecture, healthcare and real estate. ”
“For the past couple of years, despite everything my grandmother has been through, she had done just about anything possible to make me happy. But by that time, our living conditions weren’t looking good. Prices were rising, there was a lack of education, and grandma’s health was in jeopardy. We were aware of the problems, but decided to carry on with our lives as usual.”
